As multi-family investment sales specialists, we are at the core of our market. Our Business Development Process continually expands our network of relationships, while systematically and rigorously analyzing hundreds of assets each year. Over time, the compounded benefit to our clients is a broad spectrum of opportunity. We function as a third-party acquisitions and dispositions team and are utilized as the go-to source of investment offerings and 1031 exchange buyers. Beyond the traditional transaction-based services, we leverage our robust data collection, market knowledge, and experience to help our clients maximize returns in their existing investment portfolios.

The Apartment Market Group creates limited partnerships that invest in multifamily assets with attractive high-income growth potential, while also selectively targeting high quality value-added opportunities in well-located areas. The anticipated holding period for each investment is five to seven years, and The Apartment Market Group seeks to earn 12% to 14% net returns for investors – typically offering attractive preferred returns.

The Apartment Market Group has extensive experience in every facet of multi-family brokerage. Leveraging this success, we aim to create tremendous equity growth by recapitalizing and repositioning assets. Properties acquired are professionally managed, and require significantly less hands-on involvement than sole-owned real estate.

OUR TEAM

For over fifteen years Kevin N. Sabin has specialized in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties within Los Angeles’ prestigious Westside. Throughout his career, he has secured more than $600 million in transactions and continues to demonstrate outstanding achievements and strong leadership skills. Kevin began his career in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap, where he was recognized for having the highest productivity among new agents. In 2000, he was recruited by RE/MAX and SCI Properties in a joint venture to expand Re/Max’s commercial brokerage presence in Los Angeles’ exclusive Westside. This resulted in what was to be the first commercial-only office known as RE/MAX Commercial Brokerage (“RCB”). Kevin’s numerous accolades include the Platinum Club Award (2000-2005) given to agents with the highest brokerage volume companywide. He was repeatedly a Top 10 Producer nationwide and received awards for his Outstanding Performance. In 2004 Kevin received the Hall of Fame Award for ranking among the top five commercial agents nationwide with the highest consecutive rankings. Kevin continues to receive recognition for his achievement and dedication to maintaining the highest standards in the industry, representing clients from the analysis and underwriting stages, through the comprehensive marketing and due diligence phases, and beyond the successful close of escrow.
